  Extremely disappointed with this company. Placed an order for 5 new windows to be replaced (including 2 bay windows). After waiting for 16 weeks without any update I phoned and spoke with the rep who told me he didn't have any updates and he would get the boss (David) to ring me. After chasing David myself as he didn't call, he told me there was a delay with the poles and he would call me back (that NEVER happened). Two weeks on I received a letter to tell me that they cannot fulfill my order!!! I am absolutely disgusted that they didn't even have the manners to pick up the phone and speak to me it is just RUDE.
  I don't expect a reply to this review nor do I want one (if you spent your time answering the phone to people, you wouldn't need to reply back to bad reviews), just sorry I wasted my time.

  Great Showroom with loads of doors on display.
  My new windows are beautiful and my composite front door is fantastic.
  Such a difference to my house.
  Fitters were great and very tidy.
  Have and would recommend to anyone !
